"Sehr lecker – aber die Portionen sind einfach zu groß Das Essen bei Mamo-Kebap ist ohne Frage sehr lecker. Geschmacklich gibt es wenig zu meckern: gut gewürztes Fleisch, frische Zutaten und ein insgesamt überzeugender Eindruck. Was allerdings negativ auffällt, sind die extrem großen Portionen. So gut das Essen auch ist – die Menge ist für viele Gäste einfach nicht zu schaffen. Gerade für Menschen mit normalem oder kleinerem Appetit wäre eine kleinere Portion völlig ausreichend und wahrscheinlich sogar angenehmer. Schade ist, dass dadurch oft Essen übrig bleibt, obwohl man es gerne komplett genießen würde. Eine Wahlmöglichkeit zwischen normaler und großer Portion wäre hier eine sinnvolle Verbesserung. Fazit: Qualität top, Geschmack sehr gut – aber weniger wäre manchmal mehr."

"Nirgends schmeckt der Kebap so gut, wie er’s bei Mamo eben tut. Das Fleisch ist frisch, der Salat schön grün – genau so muss mein Döner blühn. Doch wollt ihr wissen, was Könige speisen, wenn sie durch Mamos Türen reisen, dann hört gut zu, ich sag’s euch nun: Der Star des Hauses? Der Lahmacun! So würzig, knusprig, auf den Punkt, dass selbst ein König niederknungt."
